Now i listen it, i think it's the 1.0 OST. Some 'patch' tracks i didn't know they were composed by Uematsu °.°
not really all that new on the music.... but there are a few oldies redone, like the Woodsin song is different, has vocals.

However, I think some of the song names are wrong. At least on my list Twilight over Thanalan and Rise of the White Raven don't seem to be the right song. Also there's two "The Promise of Plunder".
A - lot - of song names are wrong.
Wow look at them song titles lol. Not only are they mostly wrong, they all mostly spelled wrong.
