Did I read that correctly?

Is the game going free-to-play starting the end of september for the start of the conversion to ARR?

If so... does that mean that this previous payment was the last one we needed, or is there one more for september?

Nope you're good. EDIT: Well, actually...

Forgive me while I bust open my calendar. The game goes offline in November, so it wouldn't make sense to charge us for it. So we'll pay in September for access to the game in October. So yeah there's one more payment after this one. And then that'll be our last one.

it's not exactly going "free to play", but there won't be a subscription fee for any days the servers are left up in november.

So what does it mean if my next estimated date of billing is September 23rd, does that mean I won't be able to play untill October? Or will I be able to continue playing untill November? Or do I have to pay for 1 more billing cycle? Sorry for my misunderstanding on the matter

My guess is the last billing cycle for everyone will start in September, and then everyone who had a pay cycle processed in September will be able to play from that point until the servers go down.
