I don't believe any stats increase the probability of a DoL ability procing, it just procs by random chance against any other abilities you have equipped. -

And yes there is a debate out there as well that certain abilities proc rate is increased by VIT/MND. Just no solid proof one way or another

"Super broken" is a little harsh >.<; The abilities aren't incredibly useful but we professional DoLs do just fine without them anyway

I have noticed an increased probability of Sweat of Brow activating when:
1) You finished your levequest.
2) The mining point is depleted.
I don't know if this is helpful or not.
