I would like this question answering as well, as far as I know there would be no legal implications in at least UK, and I would imagine most of Europe at least. All I can think is the moogle toy and CDs are in US and they don't want to pay for export I want to enter.

We need English accents in the voice over, also a Scottish accent would work really well the scots make anything sound evil.
