Primal Weapons in A Realm Reborn

I know this is something that a few other threads have mentioned, but usually only briefly and usually the topic of conversation quickly moves on to something else.

I simply want to know whether there will still be any way to obtain these in ARR.
I know that Primal fights will no longer be instanced battles and that you have to encounter them in the field.
So far SE have given the impression that it will not be possible to obtain Primal Weapons anymore once 2.0 goes live, but some confirmation would be nice.
There are still people (like myself) who have yet to collect a full set, and some fair warning that we are about to miss our chance would be appreciated.

I have yet to collect even one (1) of those! *curses on the terrible drop rates*
Anyway, I'd be really happy to know that too. I am still interested in collecting at least for each Primal if possible.

If they are gone with 2.0... :S
So much for the terrible drop rates that were forced on us.
