How do you stop Shearing Sheridan (Sposhae) from healing?

Hello ^^ Me and two other friends decided to explore Sposhae on our level 17s.

We can fight Sheridan no problemo, but (s)he keeps regening when she goes into shield mode AND even when she's out.

How are you supposed to stop her from healing? D:

The best advice I can give you is to attempt to kill her quickly before she enters "shell mode"... Sadly I didn't have the opportunity to experience that dungeon the way you can =\

I never knew it did that! :O
I guess one-shotting things as a level 50 in there doesn't count as "clearing the dungeon". :S

How fast is the healing? Like a huge regen impossible to counter or a slight regen that could be overcome with greater DPS?

Hey how are you? I think I could shed light on this situation, see last night me and the wife were in the same boat as you and your friend. We couldn't figure it out but then we did. When you start the fight with the Sheridan do not move him the auto healing you are seeing it is to prevent kiting the mob away from the other crabs or just from kiting him in general.
