Yes. It would be nice to be able to leave a duty without being penalized. It is not fun when signing up to do a roulette and you have to compete against a pro ranked pvp team. Just let them win and move on. I dont wanna fight against that. When they can just bum rush and kill people so quickly and take everything over so fast they can win a match with ease in 2 mins. I suck at pvp, not gonna act like Im really good. I wanna enjoy a match with people my lowly skill level... not fight against ranked people that play pvp 23 hours a day.

Premades party should not be allowed to play with people that aren’t.

At this point I dont even mind premades. As long as it is just casual people signing up and not a pro ranked pvp team. It just isnt fun when you're trying to take on an actual pvp team that plays pvp pretty much all day everyday. Worst match I was ever in the one team won within 3 mins and each player on that team had 60+ kills. Then they wonder why people dont like pvp and stay away from it. I find FL fun when its a close match all the way to the end. But when you have a team that can bulldoze through enemies like nothing and take everything over so fast they can win in 3 mins.... I dont even wanna be a part of it. Give them the easy win, let me leave and sign up for a hopefully more enjoyable match.

Ah I thought an image would speak clearer than any words but apparently not...

This happens when you're not fast enough to leave a game (especially after respawning when the game ends) and you get the ranked progression/regression screen in your face immediately followed by the scoreboard preventing you to leave until everything specifically ended up in your face one by one and you're just trying to click "leave". You can even see on the screen that the leave prompt was already initiated but the scoreboard bs came and took over, so you have to click again on the button to leave to get ANOTHER leave pop up...

I think it's really annoying. The scoreboard and everything post game shouldn't take over control like that.

Ofc talk of exaggerated insurmountable odds somehow makes it into an unrelated thread...

Anyway.

Yeah you need to be shown in precise detail what kind of choice you made to bother to go into current ranked environs in the first place. /simper

Jokes aside, it's in the same vein as the awfully garish parade of PFPs at the start of matches. Let me skip that, thanks. Why is it being treated like a Wuk Lamat cutscene?

Yeah I agree, I seem to remember making a thread about that back in Endwalker... It gets old really quick and that's a lot of time spent not actually playing for very little.

Black screen loading is just an annoying thing. It's also frustrating when you are waiting for respawn but overtime pops and then your death screen gets prolonged by 2+ seconds for absolutely no freaking reasons. So you get punished for dying when overtime is about to come.

Exactly this. I'm also not good when it comes to pvp in games or competitive stuff in general but there are mounts locked behind FF's pvp so I still queue and try to win. Most of the time, the pvp nolifers end up in the Immortal Flames somehow so I'm losing against them on a nearly daily basis, I recognize their names already from seeing them so often. Most of them are in the same linkshell as well. So every match is pretty much copy pasted. The same unkillable DRK backed up by same unkillable AST together with same unkillable VPRs and DNCs. Every match makes me feel worse because no matter the job I play as, it means nothing, I can't contribute to the team and I know I'll lose once again.

I just want to have some fun with people around my same skill level and feel like I have a chance to fight back but with those people is impossible. If I go anywhere near them, even with my alliance around, I get instantly stunned, silenced, pulled, knocked back, silenced, stunned again, dead. No chance to fight back. And since it always happens right as I try to use my LB, it feels utterly suspicious, as if they use macros or external tools to insta target and focus me, or anyone else trying to LB them.
