no email for the 10 day
So on march 30th I did get the email for having till april 1st to log into my house. due to health reasons I missed it as I wasn't doing much at all. I looked in my spam folder and searched my email and no 10 day either. now besides not having any of the people that "share" my house counting when they enter, I had been in my house mid to late febuary when I did the valentines event at the end of it. which puts that at less then 45 days. so I got back on to do something as I was getting betterish and no house. I've had that house for many years and paid far more then 3m as it was lottery but the "80%" was only 2.7m.... about half of what I actually paid. so not only did I not get a 10 day email, my friends don't count for no reason that makes sense but I also lost over 2m from the "reimbursement" of it. Pretty crappy if you ask me. 45 days is a frightening short time to loose your house when you pay for the game. Housing is pretty crappy as it is (small houses having no space but you keep giving us furniture we can't use or keep), appartments having no outside to put more stuffs and being cramped anyway, same with FC housing being tiny. And don't tell me there just isn't enough housing for all the people... if you look there are ALOT of lots open every week... just in places people don't like, but there are hardly any medium or larges. Now when I tried to get help from the support desk, all they said was "we can't do anything" aka we don't do anything. SE just doesn't care about customer service. they have our money and that's all that matters to them. It sucks and honestly I am close to quitting because of how this is handled. I'd also like to comment that another person I know also did not get their 10 day email either, no spam or anything. do better SE.
