At around 10:47 am EST, I began seeing reports of Seraph residents being unable to log in and/or being stuck in a queue that isn't moving. World visit also lists Seraph as being unavailable.

Now getting reports of Seraph residents being able to log in. World visit is still unavailable.
OK world visit to Seraph is back
I see a post is up on JP Lodestone about recovery so it looks to be resolved. Appreciate the quick response.
