The crafter relics effect text is misleading

It states that "Increases to quality are 1.75 times higher than normal when material condition is Good" which makes you think that the relic gives +75%. The reality is, it makes the quality increases being 1.75 instead of usual 1.5, so it is only +25% bonus.

Maybe it is a good idea to state the effect more clearly, for example, adding "instead of usual 1.5" at the end.

I would just capitalize Normal to show that it means the condition and not "the usual multiplier granted by Good condition".
