Minor QoL change for Sinus Ardorum

When traveling to Sinus Ardorum, you are placed near Drivingway instead of Cruisingway, even though the latter is also able to return to Bestways Burrow in addition to traveling between planets. This also requires you to awkwardly run up to Cruisingway to switch planets whenever traveling to Sinus.

Although Drivingway still exists as an NPC at Bestways Burrow to travel to any planet, he is not present on Phaenna and Oizys and the game merely places you near Cruisingway. I believe this makes Drivingway obsolete in Sinus and is worth moving the character spawn location to Cruisingway instead, at least when traveling to Sinus from another planet.
