Regarding Compensation for an Issue Affecting Dye on Certain Gear (Feb. 8, 9)

Due to an issue affecting dye application areas and gear colors on certain equipment that occurred starting with Patch 7.4, we will be sending dyes equivalent to those used via the Moogle Delivery Service as compensation to customers who dyed the affected gear. Deliveries will be carried out in stages beginning today.

■ Eligible for Compensation (1)
Customers who dyed the following gear between the release of Patch 7.4 and the start of emergency maintenance for all Worlds on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
・Housemaid's Wristdresses
・Loyal Housemaid's Wristdresses
・Palaka Vest of Striking
・Palaka Vest of Aiming
・Palaka Vest of Scouting
・Zero's Order Chapeau
・Zero's Order Cuirass

■ Eligible for Compensation (2)
Customers who dyed the following gear between the release of Patch 7.4 and before the release of Patch 7.41.
・Skirt of Light
