Add red Alert Notifications to Companion app

Hey there,

I think it would be nice if we could have a way to let the companion app send us notifications when a red alert is active for cosmic exploration maybe with options to specific the world your interested in monitoring for the world of the signed in character, similar to how the explorations sends notifications when progress is being starting an a planet. these notifications could also extend to different aspects of the game like special hunts and ishgard restoration to make the events more visible when players are available
