Cant Bid on FC House Help

Hey trying to figure this out but cant find any solution for my specific issue online.

Info: I owned a personal house. I unsubbed and it was demolished more the 60 days ago. I've been resubbed for 30 days at least. I never retrieved the lost items and when i go to retrieve them they aren't there (over35 day delete). In an FC for longer than 6 months. Have permissions to bid. FC has a house and its owned by another player.

Problem: We are trying to bid on a larger house. I go on my main to bid (one that used to own the personal house) I get this message, "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased as a character on this service account already owns land on this world."

Go try on another alt and they are able to bid.

Try on a 3rd alt and they get same message as the main, "Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased as a character on this service account already owns land on this world."

Im not sure why 2/3 of my toons cant bid on the house. Ive tried retrieving items and have verified they dont own any houses. Anyone run into this?

Did you with a FC bid prior?

I havent owned an fc house. Never won a bid for fc house on any character.

I get that as well, if I wanted to move my house I couldn't I get that message as well
