What is there reason behind not putting a teleport crystal in Phantom Village?

Come on devs, we’ve been at the same ol’ concept for years now. If you’re gonna have this kind of stuff, just put in a teleport crystal. It’s so dumb I have to go to Tuliyollal, then teleport to the docks, to teleport to Phantom Village. Y’all do this all the time, and honestly, I still can’t figure out why. JUST STREAMLINE IT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!

Why don’t they? Immersion breaking.

Realistically, they want to make Tuliyollal look more active.

Check the aethernet list when you interact with aethernet shards in Tuliyollal. You should see an entry for the Phantom Village. They added it a patch or two ago, just like you can use aethernet to get to Urqopacha or Kozama’uka.

I still believe this city would be a lil more active if they didn't make the choice to give it poorly done elevator music.

I blame it's ridiculous size more since it's a rare instance of jazz music in FFXIV. The main shops, MB, inn, and hangout cafe are well placed, but if you're in MSQ, you're consistently a zone away in the castle section that was canonically designed for giants and terribly oversized.

Doubt a city will over take Ul'dah or Sharlayan as my faves unless we actually get that snow capped nordic town of my dreams as a main city with an MB.
