Suggestion: Deleting Necroed Threads (well, not ALL of them)

Recently, General Discussion has been an unintentional hotbed of threads that have been bumped from as far back as the creation of these very forums. What this creates is a forum in which valid topics are pushed back and ppl in general are too lazy to look past the first page or two of any given forum. While all threads may not be necroed for the sake of attention-seeking, it does serve a purpose to revive a discussion in case something newer develops (and that WILL happen often here in ff14's case with many things being changed/rebuilt).

My suggestion: If a thread is found to be necroed for any reason other than to contribute to the thread's topic, after being reported the thread should disappear rather than hang around unlocked.
