Involuntarily re-joined CWLS

When I opened the CWLS menu today, I noticed that a CWLS I had left years ago had re-appeared in the menu. When I checked the lodestone, my character, Katt Riabhach was also listed as a member. Please note that my character, Katt Riabhach, does not appear as a member at this time, as I left the CWLS when I discovered the bug.

I understand that there was a bug recently that deleted some CWLS, so I'm wondering if in the process to restore the deleted CWLS, it restored me back to one I had left.

I messaged one of the members of the CWLS and they were unsure if they had ever left it at any point as they do not use CWLSs.
