Loss of items from DDOS attack

Date & Time: 12/30/2025 Sometime this afternoon Hawaii time
Frequency: Twice today but 2nd one I was in the middle of crafting
World name: Midgardsormr
Character name: Hikari Pureheart

Steps:
1. Started crafting Courtly Lover's Sword
2. Booted from server due to DDOS attack
3. Asked GM to recover loss materials
4. Denied by GM to get items lost due to DDOS attack

Really ridiculous that I am being told I cant get those items back. It costs Allagan Tomestones of Mathematics to craft and not easily obtainable. Honesly i've been lucky this is the first time ive been kicked during crafting considering how many times I've been booted from these DDOS attacks. But sad that I am being told I cant get these items back.
