Did i get scammed giving ff14 a try ?

Is this a new problem with servers or is this an ongoing issues they just never address ? Really enjoying the game but server crashes are out of control.

The game has a free trial for like the first potential 100-200 hours of content. Did you purchase the full game?

You referring to the NA server situation I assume?
It's an issue that has been going on for many months now and SE seems to ignore it.
