Sound Telegraph Occasionally Missing in 7.4 EX trial

Date & Time: it does not happen at a consistent time but has occurred on 12/20/2025 around 2 PM EST and 12/19/2025 around 10 PM EST
Frequency: around every 1 in 5 pulls or so
World name: Cactuar
Character name: Khulan Noir
Monster name: Doomtrain

Area and coordinates: Doomtrain EX arena

Steps:
1. During Doomtrain Extreme there is a mechanic called "Arcane Revelation". A large AOE will rotate around the arena and when the AOE is about to stop, Doomtrain will play a loud electrical sound to telegraph it's stopping. Occasionally this sound will not trigger. This has happened to me and every member of my raid group at least 1-2 times every 30-45 minutes. None of us can consistently trigger this bug happening, the sound appears to randomly not work for that telegraph, but we have all experienced it.

(there is a visual telegraph players that experience this bug can use, but it would be awesome if the sound telegraph always worked too)
