The first section should read:
"60% chance for an attack with potency of 600, the chance decreasing by 15% for every stack of Finishing Fervor."

The wording of this move does not make sense otherwise. As written, each stack of Finishing Fervor removes 5% chance from the worst outcome, adds 15% chance to the middle outcome, and adds 20% chance to the best outcome, resulting in a stacking +30% "chance" on top of 100%.

If the middle outcome is intended to remove 15% chance, then the equation is balanced for every stack, resulting in the full 4 stacks granting 100% chance of best outcome, which seems to be the correct ingame result when using this move.
