Moonward Veil of Scouting / Striking /visor toggle request

Now that a lot of glamour options have been unlocked for all jobs I was wondering if it would be possible to turn the ribbon part of the Moonward Veil of Scouting / Striking into a /visor toggle to be able to turn it off as I'd like to be able to use just the veil.

It appears to be a completely separate piece from the veil and while I don't hate it on some hairstyles, it doesn't play nice with ponytails and most longer hairstyles so having the option to toggle it would be lovely.

(Yes, it floats on this particular hairstyle but that's not my issue. It's mostly just to show that it's not connected by a strap or wire around the head)
