Tantra Chestwrap broken texture on Lalafells

1. Try on Tantra Chestwrap or Virtu Tantra Chestwrap as Lalafell
2. Examine arms

Note: Bandages may be bugged on all and just clearly broken on Lalafell, texture looks like it is "too tight".
