I'm happy that RDM and Phys ranged got some much needed buffs (MCH AoE still needs more). However SMN was already behind RDM in most metrics. If the goal was to make SMN obsolete, they accomplished that an expansion ago. This is absurd.
And I'm not hearing arguments about job simplicity given the buffs VPR also got. Let's dispel the illusion that class difficulty has anything to do with power level.

Phys ranged buffs are not nearly enough to get them into a good spot. It mostly just shows how terrible the FF devs are at balancing their game. And how out of touch they are with their own game.
GNB does 2% higher dps than WAR, quick that needs 14 nerfs! Difference between bottom and top dps job is about 15%... here are some tiny buffs to the attacks you only use a few times per minute.
