- Item code/Gift code entry

*The FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app will also be unavailable due to maintenance at this time. Please refer to "Companion App Maintenance (Dec. 15)" for details.

*Any duty recorder data recorded prior to this maintenance can no longer be replayed after this maintenance.

The ongoing maintenance has been extended as we are working on addressing an issue that occurred with the lobby database server. Currently, we anticipate the maintenance to continue until approximately 3:00 a.m. (PST) / 11:00 (GMT) / 22:00 (AEDT) on Dec. 16, 2025.
