THANK YOU! I made a report about toxicity in a Dawntrail normal raid made to my co-healer. Gm Bauzmortinople reached out and was very on point and specific to getting any details that would help this investigation. I'm glad to see matters getting taken care of so quickly in this game to hopefully minimize encounters with toxic players. :o

The other healer carried the team and called out the OP probably.

I never had a gm appear in person. At best I got a notice that my ticket got taken care of after some hours, but they are not allowed to give details about the outcome

I wonder if all these "thx gm xxx" are some kind of troll posts

nah i had a GM reach out to me one time from a report a while back. They do exist. I was like perplexed that they reached back out, but its usually to clarify on what happened or elaborate on the details. They don't usually don't go further than that. The only other time you may have a GM reach out is when you go to Gaol.

They're on NA, not on EU.

Had GM's to reach out about stuff before as well here, they are there for a reason.
