Can we get 3 stacks of Perfect Balance please?

I think there's some charm to actually having to manage Perfect Balance by using it twice in your opener and 2min windows, and another during your off-minute windows for Riddle of Fire.

If you could just line up three Blitzes on the opener, that would make off minute gameplay significantly less interesting and just be "don't spend anywhere except 2min windows". That's convenience at the cost of meaningful decisionmaking and rather boring cooldown design.

You have two types of openers to align your Phantom Rush/Tornadokick timings:

1.) Double Lunar - you use two perfect balances to alternate Opo-Opo skills (Dragonkick & Leaping Opo). This will make you use 2x Elixir Burst on the opener, then Rising Phoenix on the off minute, aligning Phantom Rush to your big 2min burst.

2.) Solar-Lunar - You will open with both Rising Phoenix & Elixir Burst, moving your Phantom Rush to your off-minute Riddle of Fire window. In Dawntrail, a gain to your dps if it will make you gain a Phantom Rush use, but not a huge loss if you don't.

They want to be able to use all three Blitzes in the opener and 2min window so they can use Phantom Rush from the start, rather than on minute 2/4/6/8/etc.

Ooooh. Well that's a point one can make, although I would assume such a "correction" (that you can do "full burst" on burst window #1 already) would need to be applied to all jobs, so it's a bit larger than monk. I'd prefer if we get further away from synced 120s buff windows but yeah, fair enough to at least align everyone equally to it.

I think it would be neat if MNK had another ability that worked similar to Perfect Balance that lets you string together your attacks that have their own Blitz finisher that was separate from the Nadi system. Just soi that there are more opportunities for doing Blitz combos.

This would actually not work with the 2m window since you would either have to delay your raid buffs for a full PB cycle (and drift from the rest of the raid's buffs) or you would be executing your 3rd PB + Phantom Rush outside of raid buffs.

It's already delayed by 3 GCDs but lines up pretty well with other jobs. I usually open with Opo -> PB -> Opo -> RoW (+potion?) -> Opo -> Brotherhood + RoF -> Opo -> Blitz -> Opo -> Wind's Reply -> Fire's Reply -> Opo -> PB -> Opo Opo Opo -> Blitz -> Opo -> normal rotation.

This hits the max number of GCDs in a RoF window with ideal potencies. The odd-minute windows are just using RoF + a Opo->Raptor->Couerl PB to get the other Nadi so that Blitz is up during the next 2m window.

Instead, let's make Form Shift be a persistent buff until it's use like with Reapers' Soulsow. I feel like a damn fool just watching the timer and refreshing it over and over while waiting for the fight to start.
