new DOL -> Poacher
chase after players killing stuff so long as your within radius while they start and finish combat you can go to the body and carve/cut/etc to get some monster body parts
loot table for it already exists. from the super rare monster items that already drop and are super annoying to farm.

GC -> why does it stop at captain when champion is there in the list. expand this please. and tie it to the next bit

FC -> ranks 20-30 give nothing. please fix this.
make it possible that if there are enough of people of # rank(s) in the FC that higher level FCs can unlock additional buffs/unlocks that cost one time 1 million fc points or something high.
such as
deployables for all fc members (everyone gets a personal one)
buying multiple FC rooms
personal project stations
higher buff tiers
buying more FC storage slots

Fellowships -> delete them
remake the idea into a higher order organization above FCs similar to grand company but player made where multiple FC get together and form and org
meta buffs such as FC point bonuses, daily/weekly/monthly missions commissioned by FCs in the alliance, that when completed give you gil, seals, tomes. and give the commissioning FC some FC points. This could also be something for Fcs to have internally too.

Duty support / Trusts -> let us borrow combat retainers from people in the alliance/fc and if we use their retainer in a duty. they will get some bonus such as gil, seals, fc points, quick venture rewards or duty based loot etc based on the duty. Retainers used in this way would be "checked out" on use and would have to be "Stabled" by the owner to be available for use in this way.

this could add some variety to the characters we see in our trusts. and people will actualy put in some effort to glamour their retainers (retainer fantasia exists btw. criminally underused item i imagine)

housing
fc houses
give us instanced housing for FCs only and add a few more size categories upwards
walled community, fort, castle.

personal rooms
make the rooms bigger based on the size of the fc house. or at least give the members the option to upgrade them
from closet (current one) all the way to giga mansion interior

quick venture coffers
add more stuff to the loot list ;o
where are the glowing dyes
reflective dyes
and other cool stuff we see in the game but not available to players (yet)

Revisiting old systems is needed but they obviously don't care about it except for the Graphics Update and sidequest dungeon revamps.

Your idea for fellowships defeats the entire point of them. They help players who "slip through the cracks" and don't have any social circles. They look at them and find communities that way. Their strongest point is being a catalyst for forming a community such as a discord server, an FC, a CWLS, because you can go and invite anyone that joins your fellowship. They reduce the need to advertise things in Party Finder. Multiple of my fellowships reached hundreds of members.
