Au Ra scales - inconsistencies with scale textures on the character model

Description:
For Female Au Ra face 1 and face 4, there are inconsistencies with the scale textures and the edges of the scales are very blurry/having some sort of artifacting around the body and neck.

As this is occurring on multiple Au Ra faces/models, I believe this is likely an issue with the Au Ra scales for the whole race, and I kindly suggest the team to review for all Au Ra.

Steps:
1. Launch the game with a female Au Ra, face 4 or face 1 character
2. navigate to character creator or use G Pose.
3. adjust the camera to zoom into the Au Ra scales around the front of the neck, arms or legs
4. Observe the Au Ra scale textures and edges. As seen in the screenshots linked below, you can see that the scales on the neck are not consistent (the top part of the neck scales have much smoother edges than the bottom area of the neck scales)
5. Observe the Au Ra scale textures and edges around the body such as arms and legs. you can see that the edges of the scales look blurry or have some artifacting/pixelation.

additional information:
I started to notice this recently after 7.31 patch. it may have been there since 7.0, but I had not noticed until recently. I have not been able to find any other bug reports on this particular issue so i am submitting a report here.
