Problem: Lagging and being kicked out of the Server eventually

Good Morning:

I have been experiencing lag and instances of disconnection from the server lately. This is very frustrating when I am raiding or simply just doing my Duty Roulettes. I need help to stop this frustration.

I am NOT using any VPN.
My connection are wired.
My Platform is Windows 10.

I get disconnected basically through out the day, it happens more often when I login at around 5pm to begin my duties and carries on through out, especially when it start to show signs of lagging. Recently, I have been changing login time, like 9am in the morning or 9pm in the evening. But not much has changed.

I only have one character in the game, and when I got disconnected in the middle of the duty, I received 90002, 90006 and etc..error messages, and I am not using any other applications while playing except having Google Chrome running Youtube.

I am situated in Namibia and my Internet Service Provider is Paratus, with Optical Fiber internet connections, and I linked to European Data Center (Light)
