Fix Esuna Delay
Too many skills in this game still have a server-side animation delay. (This is in addition to latency.)
Whenever you see "The effects of this action will now be applied earlier." for a skill or ability in the patch notes, all they did was reduce this number or set it to 0. Recently all of PvP got this buff and it was great. The game is more responsive.
So anyway Esuna, which is now an "instant" cast, still takes forever to resolve. The 7 second dooms are fine but the 3 second dooms feel sweaty.
And fix Benediction too. It's also slow as mud. Benediction might even be a full second.

Personally I don't think three second doom should have the esuna flag, if it's intended to be a punishment to the player getting it for failing a mechanic, it shouldn't punish the healer too by saying "you missed the esuna timing, this death is your fault".

But pvp still has delays on resolution on every ability though? What they did was just to move the snapshots at the back end of the delays rather than at when the user presses the button...

I would love for our actions to be more responsive. Make Repose Instant Cast too while we're at it. We can only hit one enemy so why do we have the same cast time as Sleep which is aoe for Casters. God forbid we actually use Repose to cancel aoes on mobs in dungeons or run away from mobs in the open world.

Yeah in general the game needs new netcode first. Even "responsive" actions still have a significant delay to them, we're just all so used to it. We only notice those with extra delay like TBN or Esuna.
But imagine how the game would be with actual netcode... /dream
