Hello, I have characters in Europe and Japan, but I can\\'t transfer any of them to North American servers, not even to Dynamis. How do you explain this when transfers work in Japan and Europe?

I really think one of the dark gm banned my characters to transfer to Na. I'll just probably take a long break from this game soon.
If you mean you can't do a paid transfer of your character to a NA data center, then see - https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/worldstatus/ to tell which data center and world servers are open for transfers to them.
Also see - https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/option_service/world_transfer_service/ to make sure your character that you want to transfer meets the criteria to be eligible.
Nan there's a problem i'm definitely eligible to transfer anywhere else but if i can't even transfer on dynamis there's a problem on their side.
If you mean "World Visit" instead of "Character Transfer" then everything is working as intended. NA characters cannot transfer to JP or EU and EU/JP cannot transfer to NA. That's intended. If you want to play together with a NA friend or similar you CAN both transfer to OCE to play together. If you mean the paid character transfers, as Mireille mentioned, make sure your character meets all requirements and you are trying to transfer to a non-congested datacenter (Aether is always congested in NA since it's the only datacenter that has any active endgame/raiding playerbase).
Yes i'm talking about paid transfer and like i said i'm eligible to transfer anywhere but not on Na and DYNAMIS are preferred plus worlds so if can't there's a problem on their sides, sad.
Resolved i found an old post from 2023 and i'll repost it if it can help someone cuz SE is not really reactive when it comes to this sad.

Although we may not be able to assist here, prior to attempting the transfer please try logging into the game access the character and then select the Data Center and World you would like to transfer to via the game's Start screen, and then attempt the World Transfer Service.
If the issue persists, unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. As account in question is European in region, we advise to contact the continuing your correspondence with the European Support Center.
