My partner and I have been receiving this error since last night at 6pm. We have whitelisted like it recommends, running as admin and flushing our DNS. I really dont want to have to do a fresh install.. I wanted to chalk it up to AWS issues but im not sure? https://ibb.co/svnpGj9V

Resolved by updating DNS
