Lore of the Tower of Everkeep

Everkeep is a great concept, I have always liked the Arcology concept, thank old school SimCity games for that!
I do wish they further explored it as many pieces were left unexplored and it also leaves us with unanswered lore questions, not least of which is the Dome.
