Is Crafting via Dailies Better Than Cosmic Exploration?

I'm starting up my crafting leveling and I've been just doing tribal quest dailies.

I don't know if I'm doing the optimal leveling method, but it's something.

How did you level your crafters?

There are a lot of good, easy ways to level crafting:

* Grand Company submissions can give lots of XP. Sometimes multiple levels for an HQ submission.
* I had lots of friends get tons of levels in the Firmament. (Though I'm not certain, I would assume CE probably is the same.)
* By the time you get to ShB, the role quests can get you very good XP.
* Custom Deliveries not only give good XP, but give you lots of crafting scripts. Though they're only once a week.

My original leveling was during early HW, so Ixali mixed with GC turn ins(and just crafting some stuff). When the new expansion comes out ill get my 10 levels each via Custom Deliveries, GC turn ins, role quests, and whatever actual crafting i do. Typically theyre all done within 4-6 casual weeks(with any class i focus on done within a week).
