Alliance and normal roulette cannot get a match after world transfer

Character: Saoirse Ronan @ Siren

Start of Occurrence: Since I transfered this character from Seraph to Siren.

Occurring Frequency: All the time

Occurring world: All world/DC

Client/PC: Windows client. I tried several PC but this problem persists.

Method to re-create:
1. Start queueing alliance raid roulettes.
2. Average wait time displays as "more than 30 minutes" even during peak time, even though the "Role waiting list number" is 1.
3. Cannot ge a match even after more than 1 hour.
4. Queuing the alliance raid roulette with a character created in Siren on another account of mine at the same time shows "less than 5 minutes" of waiting time and get a match in around 5 minutes.
5. This problem happens to normal raid, too.

Could it be that your language settings in DF are not configured properly? This setting has a significant impact on wait times.

My bad. I only selected Japanese in the queue lanuage. Problem solved. Thanks Miko
