"Beckon of the Elementals" cannot re-enter instance 2

In *The beckon of the Elementals, the part where i need to fight the Arbor Elemental.
I died on it, and then i can't enter the instance again.
O-App-Pesi doesn't show up at Quiver's Hold, to take me there again.
I'm on Ragnarok Server.

Have you tried to talk to Nonolato at Quiver's Hold once again?

Quest marker should appear on him instead of O-App then :)
