[GM Feedback] GM Malfoneda

Just had a really uplifting and stellar interaction with GM Malfoneda, absolute superstar who made sure I felt looked after that my problem was solved, and is a shining example of why my entire friend group gets to talk about how awesome the FFXIV moderating team is. As long as people like Malfoneda are looking after us I am so confident in everything this game has to offer because I truly feel like the company cares about its players. I hope I get them in the future if I ever have another issue!
