Give GM more info after they dipped?

Hello, First post. So i Made a report on a player today, looking back it seems its only the 2nd report i have ever made since i started in Stormblood so tbh a lil proud of a game this size having so little cases of over the top toxicity, little stuff obviously happens all over but usually just move on, not report worthy. However with this report it seems its being taken very seriously, which is good, a GM messaged me in game and did ask for any follow up info, gave him a bit extra not in the report. also the big thing here is i am a console player and i do not have a keyboard so typing anything in game is comparatively very slow for me. Well while i was typing the last bit of info the GM thanked me for my time and wished me a good night and seemingly dipped as my dms are no longer going through. In all honesty its not much exta info i was just trying to be as thorough as possible. Basically there was a very toxic guy in a random dungeon roulette, and my extra info was “also i think this specific other guy there was his friend as he left himself after we kicked the first guy, idk his name he never said anything in chat but he did spend most of the dungeon dead and refusing to respawn or resurrect, not egregious like the guy we kicked but weird” and tbh idk if this info is even worth their time, if so what would be the best way to get it to them? Also just as a side note, completely unrelated we need more glam plates at the minimum, ideally a better glam system but i would settle for more plates.

GMs don't message you at all if you provide enough information. They've never messaged me ever because I make sure to provide everything they need, but a lot of people don't. You can add to your report by typing /supportdesk and clicking History. Click your more recent ticket (whether your message or the reply) and click the Reply button. After adding the additional information, they will typically reply and say they added the extra information.

Now, unfortunately, it's probably a bit late to do that. They will probably have already carried out whatever action they were going to by now (warning or banning the person), if they were online. They cannot and will not tell you if/when they did this for privacy reasons, but I doubt they would wait around after having talked to you, because they're on paid time. They usually do though if they said something offensive in the chatbox, because there are numerous people who complain about having been in trouble for things they said in the chatbox.

You can find out if someone was a friend by typing /contactlist, usually. It will show the people who were in a dungeon with you recently and if they are friends they will usually share the same world.

Also they're aware of the glam plate thing; they just always find it hard to add things like this for whatever reason.

Yeah, no. That info is useless for the current case.

They are not gonna act on another user that has nothing to do with your initial report. Especially with you just guessing that they are related.

If that player really refused to resurrect, just create another ticket specifically for them.
