Character is stuck on world entry screen

Please reference bug report https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...-to-Tuliyollal for issues. I contacted customer support via email and after multiple emails my character is still stuck in limbo and has been for two weeks now. I am unable to play the game due to this issue and have missed out on multiple daily and weekly resets plus my companion quests. Please let me know what you can do to assist.

Can't believe you're still stuck in the Lifestream. Someone fetch Emet-Selch already!
Jokes aside, I hope they finally fix your character soon. That really sucks...

I was hoping beyond hope but it looks like the latest patch kicked my guy out of the loading screen. After 2 weeks of being unable to play, I am now able to login.
