Consumable Item Recast Timer Bug

While in The Tower of Zot, I used a Phoenix Down on my party's healer. I noticed that my Grade 3 Gemdraught of Dexterity, which I hadn't used and should've been off cooldown, now had a 6 minute cooldown, which is the same as a Phoenix Down. That potion normally has a 4.5 minute cooldown. I noticed that my fireworks (Heavenscrackers, Realm Reborn Red) also had this 6 minute cooldown instead of 6 seconds. I thought this was odd and decided to try it the other way around once I got back to Tuliyollal. When I used my potion, my Phoenix Down, which was off cooldown, then had a 4.5 minute cooldown, as well as my fireworks.

Steps:

1. Use Phoenix Down
2. Other consumables that were previously available for use (potions, fireworks) now have the recast timer of the Phoenix Down (6 minutes)

OR

1. Use potion (in my case, a Grade 3 Gemdraught of Dexterity)
2. Other consumables that were previously available for use (Phoenix Down, fireworks) now have a recast timer of the potion (4.5 minutes)
