It seems that as of patch 7.2 the English tooltips of gunbreaker's Heart of Corundum and scholar's Excogitation were changed to reflect the fact that their healing effect would trigger on a gunbreaker who reduced their HP to exactly 50% using Superbolide. The text describing the trigger condition changed from "below 50%" to "50% or below". The tooltip of Shadowed Vigil should undergo the same change as its healing effect demonstrably has the same behaviour.

Steps:
1. Enter the duty The Meso Terminal as a dark knight with an even number as your max HP.
2. Use Shadowed Vigil then be hit by the attack Alexandrian Gravity from the enemy Preserved Medic while having full HP.
3. The attack will put you at exactly 50% of your max HP and Shadowed Vigil's healing effect immediately triggers despite the tooltip saying that your HP needs to be below 50%.
