Delubrum is tied to STQ, it can’t be put on the roulette
It can also be done undersized and that is actually usually better than running 24 man
I've only ever run it once with a full alliance. I usually run it with a friend or two and whoever we end up picking up in the 10m long queue since it auto pops after 10 minutes if it doesn't fill.
A pf saying "Need this for the story. Use essence and actions" could attract the right people who are farming for gold coins. My fastest runs have been roughly 3-4 man with the upgraded gear and essences, but even without gear you can smash it up if you just use the deep essences and good synergizing actions...oh yeah, and don't die. To be completely honest, the larger the party gets, the longer it takes to clear.
And I'll say it again: Use deep essences and synergizing actions, and good luck

The best Alliance dungeon they've ever done in my opinion. Wish more people had access to it.
They added Echo to it, so in theory you could probably solo it if you were extremely good. But not very many players are likely capable of that because they need to have shield ready for Doom such as Blackest Night or Bloodwhetting, or have a way to Esuna it without being a healer such as Bard or if there's a lost action for it, and get through all the other fights and mechanics.
While you wait for SE to add DR to the duty finder, maybe visit The Balance discord and find the foray discord for your server or data center. They have links for all of them. Ask in the general chat for help.
Even shake it off works. Issue is, it takes around 1-2hrs. It is not advisable for efficiency. Even for 2 people its too low. I think 3 are somewhat okay, but up till 6 or something like that means you get the big scaling boost. Which is the fastest.
I would prefer if the buff deep dungeon potd drop rates for the ancient bones. Because just 30 or 50% chance for just 1 drop, is pretty bad compared to 20min for 3 guaranteed.
The sole problem Delly Regina is the 10 minute wait if you don't have a full 24, it makes trying to farm it a miserable experience, because you can't simply do back to back runs, you need to sit around waiting that timer every time, when it is such secluded content that it never makes a difference, I've had 24 man farm alliances before, and they are dreamy, the sheer difference removing that timer makes flips the process night and day.
Maybe they could remove the timer if you got 8 or more players, and keep it otherwise, this would hugely improve the process of farming it without touching the overall effort needed.
