Inconsistent numbers in Cosmic Research Information window

When selecting a tool that's still in the Novice stage, it says at the top,

Current [Class]'s Tool Analysis: Novice Level #

and below the "Current Analytical Task" text, it says

N-# [Class] Data

For example,
Current Blacksmith's Tool Analysis: Novice Level 4
N-4 Blacksmith Data



However, starting with Novice 9, this text no longer matches, and is one level off.

Current Culinarian's Tool Analysis: Novice Level 9
I-1 Culinarian Data

Current Fisher's Tool Analysis: Intermediate Level 1
I-2 Fisher Data


At first I thought the bottom text was referring to the level I was working *towards*, but then I checked the Novice tools and the bottom text on those ones is definitely all the level I *currently am*.
