Gaius NPC Model Missing Face Paint Texture

2. Continue through the quest until the "Speak with Avilina" prompt, and watch the following cutscene.
3. After this cutscene, take note of the missing face texture on Gaius's model.

Gaius Baelsar's NPC model has a certain texture on his face, as seen below. It is comparable to one of the face paint textures available to player models, which one could say looks like "dirt" or "burns". This has been present on his model since it's first implementation, and in all subsequent appearances:

During the quest "Forever in Our Hearts" (part of Tataru's Grand Endeavor questline, introduced during Patch 6.4), this face paint texture applied to Gaius's model stops displaying on his model between cutscenes. Specifically, it is present during the cutscene in which a portrait is painted of various NPCs. Immediately following this scene, and in all subsequent overworld appearances, he is missing this face paint texture.
As it is part of his character design from his first appearance, and there is no context or reason for it to be missing between cutscenes, I believe this to be in error.
This has been an issue since this quest was released in Patch 6.4. I waited to see if Gaius receiving his graphics update would resolve the issue, but it persists. It is visible on both PS5 and PC.
