Country Esates

I am looking forward to any information coming into the next few months, but just in case may i make a humble suggestion.

I suggest a country estate, not necessarily country themed, but one estate located well outside the city and will require traveling to get to. Using the current world as an example i would use Southern Thanalan as an idea distance by foot, but i would agree it would be fair to put a few closer ones as to others preferences.

In the interview that had estates in it, it was said you will have probably 20 neighbors who can see your house, out in the country i would say that number would be reduced to about 5 as these lots will be much larger.

I would foresee a country estate to be mainly aimed at DoL and some DoHs, as it would be closer to the higher level gathering locations for an easier time sorting and storing your haul. Inside your estate i would propose there to be full amenities and themed areas for each DoH (assuming furniture and what not is gathered/crafted this would be an excellent way to decorate), a functional chocobo stable when breeding is implemented, garden with possible expansion into a full orchard, and perhaps another pen area for ranching (aldgoat steaks anyone?).
I would also think it would be fun to implement some sort of gathering nodes outside of a garden, mayhaps when a miner gets a certain level/include a quest they can open their own mine on their estate that can be gathered from once a day, the same can be implemented for a tree stand for botanist and a pond for fishers.
