Bangs still hidden when wearing hoods/hats on certain hairstyles

In the update for Patch 7.3, a feature was advertised and implemented: "Bangs will now be displayed when wearing headgear such as hoods, which previously hid them."
The hairstyle I use on my character (seen below) has always had the bangs hidden when wearing any type of hat, whether or not it is a hood. This is a hairstyle introduced in A Realm Reborn, so is a slightly older hairstyle.
I was hoping this would be addressed when all hairstyles had the hidden bangs resolved in the Patch 7.3 update. However, bangs for this hairstyle are still hidden with both hats and hoods.

I tried several hoods, none of which had bangs displayed.
I believe that the issue with bangs being hidden is intrinsic to this hairstyle overall, and would hope that it could be updated to display bangs with hats and hoods both, as other hairstyles now do as of Patch 7.3.
