[Suggestion] Glam unlock mechanic

Heya ! I though of a concept which, could be hard & costly to implement in XIV, but i still wanted to share :

Leveling a job to the max or to a certain point rewards you with the right to glam the job gear to every other jobs.


Concrete example : at first you just have a lvl 100 Bard and nothing else. Few times later, your Goldmith just attained max level. Bravo, you unlocked the right to glam some fine smooth blingbling Goldsmith gear parts to your Bard.


The concept is very simple and straightforward, but it could be great to have that kind of reward, it could add another goal for players to level up jobs, having a lot of jobs maxed up having the feeling that, the more you work, more you are leveling up, more customization you gain with your appearance to the point that if you have every jobs in the game maxed, you have TONS of possibilities with all the parts available and you can do very varied & original glams.



I doubt it's the first time a suggestion like that have been emitted but i really think it could be a nice complement to implement in the game.
