[PS5] Prelude continues playing when logging in for the first time

Housing: Outside of apartment building in shirogane
Steps:
1. Install the game on PS5 for the first time
2. Start game
3. Skip initial cutscene (Ive seen it many times I promise i'm not a skipper :D )
4. Log into my character

Despite being in Shirogane, I get the prelude theme on loop playing.

The issue resolves itself after teleporting outside of Shirogane. I think this is probably a bug in the music playing logic.

So, not sure if this is intended, but when i teleported out of shirogane, and clicked pad to edit my hotbars the first time, prelude also played (but didnt do it again when repeated). Maybe related?

I think I also had "play city-state music in residential areas" disabled

It's for the Rising.
