After using The Giving Land on a node and getting a Revisit proc, The Giving Land is still on cooldown. Is this expected behavior or can it be changed to be like other DOL skills where it is available after getting Revisit (please)?

After using The Giving Land on a node and getting a Revisit proc, The Giving Land is still on cooldown. Is this expected behavior or can it be changed to be like other DOL skills where it is available after getting Revisit (please)?
Revisit does not affect cooldowns. The tooltip says
It does nothing for cooldowns, just gives you back the node durability and all your GP.Quote:
After exhausting a gathering point's resources, occasionally restores all integrity and gathering attempts.
GP is also fully restored, but all gatherer effects expire.
Effect cannot be triggered by certain gathering points such as those found in levequest
